RACS PROVIDED 53329 SENIOR CONGREGATE MEALS TO GO, 670 SENIOR CONGREGATE MEALS DINE-IN, 41774 HOME-DELIVERED MEALS,170 NUTRITION ASSESSMENTS, 3034 MEALS FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES. COMMUNITY SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO 380 UNDUPLICATED CLIENTS INCLUDING 2055 SOCIAL SERVICES, 790 SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES, 254 TRANSLATIONS. MEALS PROGRAMS ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH POLICY MEMORANDUM AND DIRECT SUPERVISION OF THE SAN FRANCISCO DEPT OF AGING AND ADULT SERVICES OFFICE OF AGING. HUMAN SERVICE AGENCY. RACS MET AND EXCEEDED ALL GOALS IN THE SAN FRANCISCO MEALS PROGRAM.
