A PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE HOUSING AND FACILITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED BY PURCHASING HOMES AND FACILITIES FOR THE USE OF FAMILY HOUSING AND ADULT RESOURCES - FHAR, A NON-PROFIT AGENCY, IN ITS CHARITABLE PROGRAMS. THE HOMES AND FACILITIES PURCHASED BY THE FOUNDATION FOR THIS PURPOSE ARE LEASED TO FHAR ON FAVORABLE TERMS AT EXTREMELY BELOW FAIR MARKET RENTAL VALUES. THE FACILITIES LEASED TO FHAR ARE LONG TERM AND MAY BE RENEWED ON SUCH FAVORABLE TERMS.
