PREPARED AND DELIVERED/SERVED MEALS TO INCREASINGLY MORE ISOLATED, FOOD INSECURE SENIORS AGE 60+ IN ALL GEOGRAPHIC AREAS OF YOLO COUNTY, CONCLUDING THE FISCAL YEAR WITH SERVICE OF 5,000 MEALS PER WEEK TO 1,000 SENIORS COUNTYWIDE.
