PUBLICATION OF "THE WHEEL". A MONTHLY NEWSLETTER TO MEMBERS WHICH DETAILS RESULTS OF RACING EVENTS, UPCOMING EVENTS, CLUB ACTIVITIES AND ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION.
