AS SUCH, OUWUA STRIVES, TO DELIVER, IN THE MOST EFFICIENT MANNER POSSIBLE, PROJECT WATER FOR IRRIGATION PURPOSES TO THOSE PROJECT LANDS HAVING ISSUED WATER RIGHTS.
