SERVICE TO ASSIST THE PEOPLE OF THE COMMUNITY -- PROVISION OF A MEETING AND RESTING PLACE FOR DISTANT TRAVELERS, HELP TO THE SICK, DISABLED, AND UNEMPLOYED, AND ARBITRATION.
SCHOLARSHIPS -- AWARDED ANNUALLY TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO PROVED SCHOLASTIC ACHIEVEMENT. THIS GAVE AID TO CONTINUAL STUDIES FOR THE RECIPIENTS.
