FEES ARE BASED ON EXPECTED COSTS OF OPERATING THE HOUSING UNIT AND SOCIAL/CAMPUS FUNCTIONS WITH THE MEMBERS. THE SOLE FUNCTION IS TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE AND MAINTAINED HOUSING FOR STUDENTS.
