COMMUNITY SPECIFIC GOALS: LEVERAGE RESOURCES TO BRING ATTENTION TO COMMUNITY HEALTH & VITALIZATION OPPORTUNITIES. CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR NEW THINKING AND INNOVATIVE APPROACHES ON COMMUNITY ISSUES.
