HILLSBORO SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, INC. (ROLLING GREEN APARTMENTS, OR THE PROJECT), A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION, WAS FORMED ON FEBRUARY 26, 1996 EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF OWNING AND OPERATING A 25-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR LOW-INCOME PHYSICALLY DISABLED ADULTS LOCATED IN HILLSBORO, OREGON. THE PROJECT WAS FINANCED AND CONSTRUCTED UNDER SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT. THE PROJECT PROVIDES HOUSING TO ELIGIBLE TENANTS SUBJECT TO REGULATION BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) AS TO RENTAL CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
