THE ASSOCIATION ADVOCATES ON BEHALF OF THE $261 BILLION U.S. CASINO INDUSTRY, WHICH SUPPORTS 1.8 MILLION JOBS IN 44 STATES. MEMBERS INCLUDE COMMERCIAL AND TRIBAL CASINO OPERATORS, SUPPLIERS AND OTHER ENTITIES AFFILIATED WITH THE GAMING INDUSTRY. THE AGA SERVES AS AN AUTHORITY ON CASINO GAMING RESEARCH, PROVIDING INFORMATION TO ITS MEMBERS, THE MEDIA, ELECTED OFFICIALS, OTHER DECISION-MAKERS, AND THE PUBLIC. IN 2021, THE AGA WORKED TO SHAPE A FAVORABLE FEDERAL POLICY ENVIRONMENT FOR REGULATED GAMING, PURSUED AND PROTECTED CORE INDUSTRY INTERESTS, PROMOTED THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC VALUE OF GAMING AND CREATED MORE FAVORABLE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENTS IN GAMING STATES.
