APTIV LIFE SERVICES: APTIV, INCORPORATED OFFERS A VARIETY OF LIFE SERVICES THAT PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH AGES 3 TO 17 AND ADULTS AGES 18 THROUGH RETIREMENT IN WISCONSIN TO LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE. COMMUNITY INTEGRATION IS A PRIORITY FOR ALL APTIV LIFE SERVICES AND IS FACILITATED VIA ONE TO ONE, SMALL GROUP, OR VIRTUAL PROGRAMMING. APTIV PROGRAMS ARE SUPPORTED BY A CREDENTIALED BEHAVIOR SERVICES TEAM AND A BOARD-CERTIFIED THERAPEUTIC RECREATION TEAM. LIFE SERVICE PROGRAMS FOCUS ON A FULL RANGE OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT, WELLNESS TRAINING AND SUPPORT, SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, MOBILITY TRAINING AND TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT. YOUTH SERVICES THROUGH APTIV PROVIDES A VARIETY OF AFTER SCHOOL/WEEKEND AND SUMMER PROGRAMS WHICH ARE CUSTOMIZED TO MEET THE NEEDS AND SKILLS OF EACH YOUTH. AS YOUTH AGE, APTIV'S PRIORITY IS TO FACILITATE A SMOOTH TRANSITION FOR YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES TO ADULT PROGRAMMING IF THEY HAVE AN IDENTIFIED INTEREST AND NEED. APTIV ADULT LIFE SERVICE PROGRAMMING IS CUSTOMIZED TO MEET THE NEEDS AND INTERESTS OF EVERY INDIVIDUAL AND HAS A FULL RANGE OF PROGRAMMING. APTIV ADULT RESIDENTIAL SERVICE OPTIONS INCLUDE LICENSED ADULT FAMILY HOMES, 24 HOUR RESIDENTIAL SUPPORTS TO INDIVIDUALS WHO LIVE IN THEIR OWN HOMES/APARTMENTS (COMMUNITY SUPPORTED LIVING), SUPPORTED HOME CARE SERVICES AND 1:1 OR GROUP COMMUNITY-BASED SKILLS TRAINING. APTIV HAS THREE DAY HABILITATION PROGRAMS SERVING INDIVIDUALS WITH ALL LEVELS OF PERSONAL CARE AND BEHAVIOR SUPPORT NEEDS. OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE THROUGH DAY HABILITATION PROGRAMMING INCLUDE BATHING AND RANGE OF MOTION SUPPORTS. APTIV ALSO PROVIDES REPRESENTATIVE PAYEE SERVICES AND FINANCIAL SKILLS TRAINING FOR ADULTS.
