THE REALTOR FUND FOR GLOBAL ASSISTANCE (THE "RFGA"), IS A 501(C)3 NONPROFIT CORPORATION DEDICATED TO SUPPORT GLOBAL RELIEF EFFORTS AND OFFER HOUSING-FOCUSED SUPPORT TO VICTIMS OF INTERNATIONAL DISASTERS.

THE REALTOR FUND FOR GLOBAL ASSISTANCE (THE "RFGA") HAD PROVIDED CHARITABLE DONATIONS IN THE APPROXIMATE AMOUNT OF $20,000 USD TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS, INCLUDING MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE SPECIALISTS OF UKRAINE (ASNU) IN 2022. THESE FUNDS WERE USED FOR EMERGENCY HOUSING COSTS DUE TO THE IMPACT OF THE WAR IN UKRAINE. NO FUNDS WERE RAISED IN 2023, AS THE FOCUS WAS TO ESTABLISH THE ORGANIZATION'S 501(C)(3) STATUS AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FRAMEWORK. FUNDRAISING EFFORTS AND DISBURSEMENT OF DONATIONS WILL COMMENCE BY YEAR-END 2024 ONCE STATE CHARITABLE SOLICITATION REGISTRATIONS ARE CONFIRMED. NOTE THAT ALL FUNDS ARE DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS NEEDED" BASIS BY THE ORGANIZATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS BASED ON REQUESTS FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM ORGANIZATIONS IN NEED OF DISASTER RELIEF.
