THE ORGANIZATION WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BUILDING THE ORGANIZATION AND CONDUCTING RESEARCH IN THE TAX YEAR COVERED BY THIS FORM, AND MADE SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON RESEARCH IN HOW IT CAN CARRY OUT ITS EXEMPT PURPOSES IN THE FUTURE. THE ORGANIZATION WILL OFFER A RANGE OF SERVICES, INCLUDING CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, AND SEMINARS ON VARIOUS PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, AND RELATED SKILLS. THE GOAL IS TO REACH A LARGER AUDIENCE AND PROVIDE SERVICES TO AT LEAST 500 INDIVIDUALS IN THE UPCOMING YEAR, WITH APPROXIMATELY 70% OF THEM COMING FROM THE TARGETED COMMUNITIES. THROUGH THESE EFFORTS, THE ORGANIZATION AIMS TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO DEVELOP SKILLS THAT ARE IN HIGH DEMAND IN TODAY'S WORKFORCE. THE ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO CREATE BETTER JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARTICIPANTS, AND CONTRIBUTE TO OVERALL ECONOMIC ADVANCEMENT FOR THE COMMUNITIES THEY SERVE.
