THE MISSION OF OUR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION IS TO COMBAT AND ULTIMATELY END THE ISSUE OF DISPROPORTIONATE POLICE ARRESTS. WE FIRMLY BELIEVE IN THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLE OF JUSTICE, EQUALITY, AND FAIRNESS FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS, REGARDLESS OF THEIR RACE, ETHNICITY, OR SOCIOECONOMIC BACKGROUND. WE ARE DEDICATED TO CHALLENGING THE SYSTEMIC BIASES AND DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE OVER-POLICING AND TARGETING OF MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES. THROUGH COMPREHENSIVE RESEARCH, EDUCATION, AND ADVOCACY, WE AIM TO RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT THE DEVASTATING CONSEQUENCES OF DISPROPORTIONATE ARRESTS AND WORK TOWARDS IMPLEMENTING MEANINGFUL POLICY REFORMS.
