SCHOLARSHIPS: 23 SCHOLARSHIPS WERE ISSUED DURING THE YEAR. AN ADDITIONAL $2,500 WAS PROVIDED TO ORGANIZATIONS FOR FUNDS TO BE USED FOR DIRECT SCHOLARSHIPS RELATING TO LEADERSHIP IN THE COMMUNITY.
PROMOTING PUBLIC SERVICE AND EDUCATION: PRESERVE AND CATALOGUE RECORDED TAPES OF HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE IN AN EFFORT TO PROMOTE INTEREST IN THE FIELDS OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND EDUCATION. ONGOING EFFORTS TO MAINTAIN AND PRESERVE THE ARCHIVE AND ADDING TO IT THROUGH ADDITIONAL INTERVIEWS, WEBSITE IMPROVEMENTS AND ADDITIONAL ACQUISITIONS TO ENHANCE THE ARCHIVE.
