IN 2018 SHERWOOD TRUST HOSTED "BALD FUTURIST" STEVE BROWN TO TALK ABOUT WAYS TECHNOLOGY IS CHANGING THE ECONOMY WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON RURAL AREAS. EVENTS INCLUDED A DINNER WITH PARTNERS ON OCTOBER 30 AND AN ALL-DAY CONFERENCE FOR 131 PEOPLE AT WHITMAN COLLEGE ON OCTOBER 31ST. HE SEPARATELY MET WITH STUDENTS AT WHITMAN COLLEGE AND GAVE A PUBLIC PRESENTATION ON CAMPUS ON NOVEMBER 1 FOR APPROXIMATELY 50 PEOPLE THAT FOCUSED ON JOBS OF THE FUTURE.
