MEDIC ONE FOUNDATION SAVES LIVES BY IMPROVING PRE-HOSPITAL EMERGENCY CARE. SINCE 1974, WE HAVE INVESTED $35 MILLION IN PARAMEDIC TRAINING, RESEARCH TO IMPROVE PATIENT OUTCOMES, EQUIPMENT TO HELP FIRE DEPARTMENTS SAVE MORE LIVES, AND CPR/FIRST AID TRAINING FOR CITIZEN RESPONDERS. WE RELY SOLELY ON CONTRIBUTIONS TO ACCOMPLISH OUR LIFESAVING MISSION.

PARAMEDIC TRAINING & CONTINUING EDUCATION - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED TRAINING FOR 22 PARAMEDICS FROM ISLAND, JEFFERSON, KING AND SNOHOMISH COUNTIES; FUNDED 120 HOURS OF CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION FOR 260 SEATTLE AND KING COUNTY PARAMEDICS; AND PURCHASED ADDITIONAL TRAINING MANIKINS SO THAT PARAMEDIC STUDENTS COULD MEET SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS.
THE FOUNDATION FUNDED 7 EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT GRANTS TO AIRLIFT NORTHWEST, BELLEVUE FIRE DEPARTMENT, NICK OF TIME FOUNDATION, PUGET SOUND FIRE, SNOHOMISH COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT 21, SEATTLE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND VASHON ISLAND FIRE AND RESCUE.
GRANTS FOR SPECIAL PROJECTS RELATED TO PRE-HOSPITAL EMERGENCY SERVICES.
