PUBLICATION OF MONTHLY NEWSLETTERS AND SEMI-ANNUAL MAGAZINES WHICH ARE DISTRIBUTED TO APPROXIMATELY 3,000 GRANTEES AND STAKEHOLDERS. DIRECT EXPENSES TO SUPPORT GRANTEE PROGRAMS AND NETWORKS.
