ALSO TO FOSTER COOPERATIVE ACTION IN ADVANCING THE COMMON PURPOSES OF ITS MEMBERS AND TO PROMOTE ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO ENABLE THE INDUSTRY TO BE CONDUCTED WITH THE GREATEST ECONOMY AND EFFICIENCY.
