NORTHWEST HEALTH FOUNDATION'S (NWHF'S) CIVIC HEALTH INITIATIVE PROVIDES GENERAL OPERATING SUPPORT, CAPACITY BUILDING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO ORGANIZATIONS TO GIVE THEM THE TOOLS TO SUPPORT STRONG, ENDURING CIVIC ENGAGEMENT IN THEIR COMMUNITIES TO SHAPE POLICIES FOR GOOD HEALTH.
NORTHWEST HEALTH FOUNDATION'S (NWHF'S) HEALTH AND EDUCATION FUND ADDRESSES BARRIERS TO HEALTH AND EDUCTAION IN OREGON AND SW WASHINGTON BY BUILDING STRONGER RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARENTS AND FAMIILES, SUPPORTING PARENT AND FAMILY LEADERSHIP TO CHANGE POLICY AND ESTABLISHING PARTNERSHIPS WITH EARLY LEARNING, EDUCATION AND HEALTH SYSTEMS.
