THE ALASKA CHILDREN'S TRUST IS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED TO IMPROVE THE STATUS OF CHILDREN IN ALASKA BY GENERATING FUNDS AND COMMITTING RESOURCES TO ELIMINATE CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT. EACH YEAR, ALASKA CHILDREN'S TRUST FUNDS COMMUNITY BASED PREVENTION PROGRAMS ACROSS THE STATE AIMED AT STRENGTHENING FAMILIES, PROTECTING CHILDREN AND DEVELOPING HEALTHY COMMUNITIES.
