THE FRANKLIN ALUMNI ASSOCIATION & FOUNDATION EXISTS TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF THE STUDENTS AT FRANKLIN HIGH SCHOOL. WE ALSO KEEP ALUMNI CONNECTED WITH EACH OTHER AND WITH FRANKLIN HIGH SCHOOL.

FAA&F PROVIDES GRANTS TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF FRANKLIN STUDENTS. WE ARE COMMITTED PROVIDE A PREDICTABLE $30,000 A YEAR TO GRANTS EACH YEAR AND THEN FUND OTHER GRANTS AS FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. WE ARE PROUD OF THE SUPPORT WE CAN PROVIDE, MEETING A GAP IN FUNDING ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS THAT CANNOT BE MET BY A SCHOOL WITH A STUDENT POPULATION THAT IS AT LEAST TWO-THIRDS ON FREE AND REDUCED LUNCH. THESE GRANTS, OVER THE COURSE OF THE YEAR, IMPACTED NEARLY EVERY STUDENT AND STAFF MEMBER AT FRANKLIN HIGH SCHOOL.


ANNUAL OPENHOUSE (COMING HOME) AND CAREER AND SCHOLARSHIP FAIR (RISING TIDE) ARE EVENTS MEANT TO KEEP THE ALUMNI CONNECTED AND SUPPORT CURRENT STUDENTS IN PERSON AND AT IN THE SCHOOL ITSELF TO FULFILL BOTH IMPERATIVES OF OUR MISSION.


SCHOLARSHIPS FOR POST HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR GRADUATING SENIORS.
