THE PLAN PROVIDES HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE TO ENROLLEES OF THE WASHINGTON STATE HEALTH CARE AUTHORITY'S (HCA) MEDICAID INTEGRATED MANAGED CARE (IMC) SERVICE PROGRAMS: APPLE HEALTH FAMILY (AHF), CHILDREN'S HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM (CHIP), APPLE HEALTH BLIND AND DISABLED (AHBD), APPLE HEALTH EXPANSION (AHE), AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES ONLY (BHSO). THE PLAN ALSO PROVIDES HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE TO ENROLLEES THROUGH THE MEDICARE ADVANTAGE (MA) PROGRAM: MEDICARE ADVANTAGE INDIVIDUAL PLANS AND A SPECIAL NEEDS PLAN FOR DUALLY-ELIGIBLE (MEDICARE AND MEDICAID) PARTICIPANTS (D-SNP).
