THE ASSOCIATION ENGAGES CONSULTANTS AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS IN AN EFFORT TO ADVOCATE WITH RURAL HEALTH CLINICS REGARDING CHANGES IN ENHANCED CAPITATION PAYMENTS.
