YOUTH PROGRAM SERVED 40+ ISLAND YOUTH WHO PARTICIPATED IN LOCAL ROWING PRACTICE, AND IN LOCAL, REGIONAL AND NATIONAL LEVEL REGATTAS. YOUTH PARTICIPANTS TYPICALLY PARTICIPATE IN 700 TO 1,000 HOURS PER YEAR OF CLUB ACTIVITIES AND MANY OF OUR YOUTH SECURE ROWING SCHOLARSHIPS AND/OR ACCEPTANCE TO UNIVERSITY THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ATTEND.
ADULT PROGRAM SERVED APPROXIMATELY 50 ISLAND ADULTS WITH LEARN-TO-ROW CLINICS, REGULAR ROWING PRACTICE AND LOCAL AND REGIONAL ROWING COMPETITIONS.
