MEDICAL - DURING 2023, COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY (CHC) PROVIDED 120,613 MEDICAL ENCOUNTERS TO 48,078 PATIENTS AT TWELVE CLINICAL SITES LOCATED IN EVERETT (EIGHT SITES), LYNNWOOD (TWO SITES), EDMONDS, AND ARLINGTON. SERVICES INCLUDE COMPREHENSIVE PRIMARY MEDICAL SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS, EMPHASIZING A WHOLE-PERSON, PATIENT-CENTERED APPROACH. CHC CONTINUES TO WELCOME AND SERVE ALL MEDICAID PATIENTS WHILE REMAINING ONE OF THE LARGEST PROVIDERS OF COMMERCIAL AND MEDICARE PATIENTS IN OUR REGION.

DENTAL - IN 2023, CHC PROVIDED DENTAL VISITS TO 86,511 CHILDREN AND ADULTS FOR PREVENTATIVE AND RESTORATIVE CARE. DENTAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AT SEVEN CLINICAL SITES IN EVERETT (THREE SITES), LYNNWOOD (TWO SITES), EDMONDS, ARLINGTON, AS WELL AS OUR DENTAL OUTREACH PROGRAM SERVING STUDENTS AT FORTY-ONE SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT THE REGION. SERVICES INCLUDE PREVENTATIVE CARE, ORAL EXAMS, ORAL HYGIENE, X-RAYS, EMERGENCY CARE AND DENTAL EDUCATION. REFERRAL SERVICES ARE OFFERED FOR MORE SPECIALIZED CARE.
