RESIDENTIAL-INPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES - DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, 49 CHILDREN AND 122 ADULTS WERE SERVED IN CHILDREN'S LONG-TERM INPATIENT PROGRAM (CLIP) AND PARK PLACE ADULT RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FACILITY (ARTF), RESPECTIVELY. ADDITIONALLY, TOTAL BED DAYS PROVIDED FOR BOTH CHILDREN AND ADULTS WERE 27,207.
ADULT COMMUNITY SUPPORT - MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES PROVIDED ON AN OUTPATIENT BASIS TO PERSONS LIVING IN PIERCE COUNTY: UNDUPLICATED TOTAL OF 1,575 ADULTS WERE SERVED DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, RECEIVING 18,111 HOURS OF SERVICE. ALL RECIPIENTS HAD MAJOR MENTAL ILLNESSES.
CHILDREN'S COMMUNITY SUPPORT - MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE TEAMS PROVIDED ON AN OUTPATIENT BASIS TO CHILDREN LIVING IN PIERCE COUNTY, AS WELL AS FOSTER CARE AND WRAP-AROUND INTENSIVE SERVICES TEAMS SERVED AN UNDUPLICATED TOTAL OF 902 CLIENTS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, PROVIDING 13,043 HOURS OF SERVICE AND SUPPORTING 27,538 DAYS OF CARE. ALL RECIPIENTS HAD SEVERE MENTAL ILLNESS.
OUTREACH PROGRAMS - HOMELESS OUTREACH PROVIDES OUTREACH, CASE MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO HOMELESS AND DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS IN PIERCE COUNTY. THEY SERVED 1,065 UNIQUE CLIENTS. OUR YOUNG ADULT SHELTER AND YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULT DROP-IN SERVICES CONNECT PARTICIPANTS AGES 18-24 STRUGGLING WITH HOMELESSNESS WITH THE TOOLS TO REACH THEIR GOALS AND BUILD SUSTAINED RELATIONSHIPS. THE CENTER SERVED 322 PARTICIPANTS. OUR MCIRT TEAM SAW 297 PARTICIPANTS, WITH A TOTAL OF 3,818 OUTREACH HOURS PROVIDING SERVICES TO PIERCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WITH MEDICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES. MCIRT PROVIDES MEDICAL, MENTAL HEALTH AND CASE MANAGEMENT TO VULNERABLE POPULATIONS.
