FIELD SERVICES - REPRESENT BARGAINING UNIT MEMBERS THROUGH RESOLVING GRIEVANCES, SOME OF WHICH WERE REFERRED TO ATTORNEYS. THE OBJECTIVE OF PURSUING THESE GRIEVANCES INCLUDE PROTECTING WORKERS JOBS, IMPROVING THE WORKING CONDITIONS OF MEMBERS AND ENSURING THAT CONTRACT TERMS ARE ENFORCED.
EXECUTIVE BOARD - GOVERNANCE, ADMINISTRATION - SUPPORT OF THE ORGANIZATION, BUILDING - ASSET MAINTENANCE, LEGISLATIVE SERVICES - LOBBY FOR MEMBER BENEFITS.
NEGOTIATIONS - NEGOTIATE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS, MAINTAIN CONTRACT COMPLIANCE. THE OBJECTIVE OF THESE CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS ARE TO PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH IMPROVED WORKING CONDITIONS, JOB PROTECTIONS, BETTER BENEFITS AND HIGHER WAGES.
