APPRENTICES CHOSEN TO WORK FOR THE PROGRAM WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1990. APPRENTICES CHOSEN TO WORK FOR LESS THAN THEIR PRESENT APPRENTICE WAGE SCALE. APPRENTICES SALTED LESS THAN THEIR PRESENT APPRENTICE WAGE SCALE. APPRENTICES SALTED WITH THE BALANCE OF THE NORMAL WAGE SCALE BEING PAID FROM THE FUND.
