THE ORGANIZATION'S ACTIVITIES ARE GEARED TOWARD PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PASTORS FOR THE PURPOSE OF STRENGTHENING THEM AND THE CHURCHES THEY SERVE. ALL ACTIVITIES WILL BE CONDUCTED BY THE ORGANIZATION'S TRUSTEES, VOLUNTEERS AND OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS. THE ORGANIZATION'S ACTIVITIES WILL BE CONDUCTED AT THE ORGANIZATION'S OFFICES, ON-SITE AT VARIOUS CHURCHES WHOSE PASTORS ARE BEING SUPPORTED, VARIOUS LOCATIONS OF BIBLICAL AND/OR HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE AS IT PERTAINS TO CLERGY EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT, AND THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING. 100 PERCENT OF THE ORGANIZATION'S ACTIVITIES ARE GEARED TOWARD EQUIPPING PASTORS TO BE MORE EFFECTIVE LEADERS IN THE CHURCHES THEY SERVE. ALL ACTIVITIES WILL BE FUNDED PRIMARILY THROUGH GRANTS AND OTHER DONATIONS. THE MAIN PROGRAM FOR CHURCHCRAFT IS THE APPRENTICESHIP (MENTORING) PROGRAM. CHURCHCRAFT IS A NINE-MONTH COHORT-BASED EXPERIENCE. PARTICIPANTS GROW FROM A ROBUST AND RELEVANT CURRICULUM ENGAGING THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF PASTORS. MOST LEARNING HAPPENS ONLINE AND ALLOWS FLEXIBILITY FOR A PASTOR'S BUSY SCHEDULE. THE APPRENTICESHIP COMMENCES WITH A THREE-DAY TULSA (IN-PERSON) GATHERING; FOLLOWED BY ASSIGNED READINGS AND WEEKLY ONE-HOUR GROUP VIDEO CALLS WITH THE MENTOR. THE PROGRAM CULMINATES IN A 13-DAY LIFE-CHANGING TRIP TO THE THE HOLY LAND - ISRAEL, WHICH IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE PROGRAM.
