DURING THAT YEAR WE OBTAINED OUR 501(C)(3), ESTABLISHED A BOARD, BEGAN ESTABLISHING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, BEGAN CREATING INFRASTRUCTURE SUCH AS A WEBSITE AND MARKETING MATERIALS, ETC. WE ONLY TOOK IN A FEW DONATIONS IN 2022 AND HAD NOT YET BEGUN SPENDING FUNDS ON OUR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
