TREES ATLANTA SUPPORT ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS TREES ATLANTA WITH THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW HEADQUARTERS IN ATLANTA, GA, BY OBTAINING LOANS FROM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ENTITY LENDERS AS PART OF A TRANSACTION INVOLVING NEW MARKETS TAX CREDITS. THE PROCEEDS OF THE LOANS WERE USED BY TREES ATLANTA SUPPORT ORGANIZATION TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT, WHICH IS LEASED BACK TO TREES ATLANTA FOR USE IN PROVIDING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO PROTECT AND IMPROVE ATLANTA'S URBAN FOREST.
