SUPPORTING COMMUNITY PROJECTS AROUND THE WORLD WITH AN EMPHASIS ON EDUCATION, HEALTH, WELL BEING AND CRISIS SUPPORT.THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE ELEOS FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC, AND LITERARY. THE ELEOS FOUNDATION PLANS ON MAKING DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, OR THE CORRESPONDING PROVISION OF ANY FUTURE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE LAW. THE ELEOS FOUNDATION ALSO PLANS ON PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO MINISTRIES AND SCHOOLS IN EASTERN AFRICA TO FURTHER ITS EDUCATIONAL, RELIGIOUS, AND OVERALL CHARITABLE PURPOSES.IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THE ELEOS FOUNDATION WILL BE AN OPERATING AND GRANT MAKING ORGANIZATION, PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO MINISTRIES AND MAKING GRANTS TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS THAT FURTHER THE GOALS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF ITS PURPOSE.
