Part 3 - Line 4a

PROVIDING PRO-BONO ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS:THE ORGANIZATION WILL ENTER INTO CONTRACTS WITH NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES SUCH AS SCHOOL DISTRICTS, AT NO CHARGE, TO PROVIDE ADVICE AND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF EPIDEMICS AND PANDEMICS AND HOW TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF DISEASE. FOR EXAMPLE, THE ORGANIZATION ANTICIPATES THAT ONE OR MORE CALIFORNIA SCHOOL DISTRICTS WILL CONTRACT WITH IT TO ADVISE ON COVID-19 MASKING, DISTANCING, AND TESTING PROTOCOLS. THE ORGANIZATION WILL RAISE FUNDS FROM DONORS TO PAY SCIENTISTS AND EDUCATORS TO WORK ON THESE PROBLEMS. THE ORGANIZATION WILL WORK THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES, AND ABROAD WHEN ASKED TO HELP NONPROFITS AND NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS, AS WELL AS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.


GRANTMAKING: THE ORGANIZATION EXPECTS TO RECEIVE CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS AND DONATIONS TO SUPPORT ITS WORK. WITH SOME OF THOSE FUNDS IT ANTICIPATES MAKING GRANTS TO U.S. NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, AS WELL AS NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS ABROAD TO HELP THEM ACQUIRE PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND TESTING KITS, AMONG OTHER THINGS.
