THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF SPRING STREET CLIMATE FUND INC. IS TO BUILD STATE-LEVEL CLIMATE POLICY THAT CAN SERVE AS A MODEL FOR OTHER STATES, FOR NATIONAL CLIMATE POLICY, AND FOR AMERICAN LEADERSHIP ON THE WORLD STAGE. TO FURTHER THIS EXEMPT PURPOSE, SPRING STREET IDENTIFIES SPECIFIC OPPORTUNITIES FOR PUBLIC POLICY CHANGES THAT WILL FIGHT CLIMATE CHANGE AND ARE MEANINGFUL AND WINNABLE, AND PARTNERS WITH GRASSROOTS AND COMMUNITY-BASED NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO WIN THESE PRIORITY CAMPAIGNS.
