DENTAL SERVICES FOR THE HOMELESS, INDIGENT POPULATION, AND OTHER UTAH RESIDENTS WHOSE INCOME FALLS BELOW 200% OF THE POVERTY LEVEL. DURING 2021, 5,024 PATIENTS WERE SERVED, RESULTING IN 18,153 DENTAL PROCEDURES, 75% WERE PREVENTATIVE/RESTORATIVE, 10% WERE PROSTHETIC, AND 15% WERE EXTRACTION. PATIENTS RECEIVED 85 CROWNS, 8 BRIDGES, 58 ROOT CANALS, 64 PULPOTOMIES/PULPECTOMIES, 2,104 FILLINGS, 149 DENTURE OR PARTIAL PLATES, 743 PERIODONTAL CLEANINGS, 287 ADULT CLEANINGS, 131 PEDIATRIC CLEANINGS, 857 ORAL HYGIENE INSTRUCTION SESSIONS, 153 APPLICATIONS OF SILVER DIAMINE FLUORIDE, 732 FLUORIDE VARNISHES, AND 447 SEALANTS.
