ALL ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH OUR TAX EXEMPT PURPOSE WERE ALLOCATED TO GRANT MAKING ACTIVITIES. ALL OTHER EXPENSES OF THE FOUNDATION WERE PROPERLY ALLOCABLE BETWEEN INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES AND GRANT MAKING ACTIVITIES.
