OPERATION SCHOOL BELL PROVIDES PRE K-8 STUDENTS WITH NEW SCHOOL CLOTHES, BACKPACKS, AND SHOES. CHILDREN ATTENDING UNIFORM SCHOOLS RECEIVE A HOODIE, 3 UNIFORMS, UNDERWEAR, SOCKS, SHOES, AND A BACKPACK FROM OUR PROGRAM FACILITY. CHILDREN ATTENDING NON-UNIFORM SCHOOLS RECEIVE A VOUCHER WORTH $100 TO EXCHANGE AT ONE OF 8 TARGET EVENTS. OPERATION SCHOOL BELL HAS HELPED ALMOST 88,000 STUDENTS SINCE 1994. THIS PAST YEAR WE SERVED APPROXIMATELY 3,842 STUDENTS.


STARTING OVER SUPPLIES PARTNERS WITH 41 SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES AND OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS IN TUCSON TO PROVIDE KITS OF BASIC NEW HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO HAVE LEFT SHELTERS AND ABUSIVE SITUATIONS TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY. THESE KITS AREPACKED AT OUR PHILANTHROPIC PROGRAMS CENTER AND ARE PICKED UP BY AGENCY WORKERS WHO DELIVER THEM TO THEIR CLIENTS IN NEED.


ASSAULT SURVIVOR KITS HELPS RESTORE DIGNITY TO SURVIVORS OF PHYSICAL, SEXUAL AND EMOTIONAL ASSAULT WITH CLOTHING, TOILETRY KITS, AND SNACKS. ASSISTANCE LEAGUE OF TUCSON JOINS WITH THE SOUTHERN ARIZONA CENTER AGAINST SEXUAL ASSAULT (SACASA), SOUTHERN ARIZONA CHILD ADVOCACY CENTER (SACAC), AND EMERGE! TO ALLOW THE HEALING PROCESS TO BEGIN.
