THE OSMAN FOUNDATION INC. (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "ORGANIZATION") IS A PUBLICLY SUPPORTED, NON-GOVERNMENTAL, NON-POLITICAL, NOT-FOR-PROFIT, EDUCATIONAL AND HUMANITARIAN ORGANIZATION. THE ORGANIZATION WAS INCORPORATED AS A US DOMESTIC CORPORATION ON MARCH 29, 2021 UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA WITH A MISSION TO ADVANCE THE HEALTH OF THE SUDANESE PEOPLE THROUGH TRANSFERRING MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, IMPROVING THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE HEALTH CARE FACILITIES, IMPARTING MEDICAL EDUCATION, AWARENESS AND TRAINING MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS TO PROVIDE QUALITY HEALTH CARE TO PEOPLE IN SUDAN. THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF PEOPLE IN SUDAN BY IMPROVING THE HEALTH-CARE INFRASTRUCTURE IN SUDAN, DELIVERING EXCELLENT, SUSTAINABLE AND MEASURABLE MEDICAL SERVICES, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CAPACITY BUILDING.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND HEALTH CARE INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS : THE MISSION OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO ADVANCE THE HEALTH OF THE SUDANESE PEOPLE THROUGH TRANSFERRING MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, IMPARTING MEDICAL EDUCATION, AWARENESS AND TRAINING MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS TO PROVIDE QUALITY HEALTH CARE TO PEOPLE IN SUDAN.
