EHA IMPACT VENTURES IS A PHILANTHROPIC IMPACT INVESTING ENTERPRISE THAT SUPPORTS EARLY STAGE, HIGH-IMPACT, WOMEN LED BUSINESSES IN AFRICA. UNLIKE TRADITIONAL BUSINESS FINANCING, WE OFFER FLEXIBLE AND INNOVATIVE FINANCING PAIRED WITH HIGH-QUALITY, LOCAL, SHARED BUSINESS RESOURCES TO ENSURE BUSINESS GROWTH AND SUCCESS.

THE MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT FOR THE YEAR WAS RAISING THE INITIAL CHARITABLE DONATION OF $5.5 MILLION DOLLARS. THESE FUNDS WERE USED TO ESTABLISH THE EHA IMPACT VENTURES ENDOWMENT WHICH WILL BE USED TO INVEST IN EARLY-STAGE, HIGH IMPACT, WOMEN-FOUNDED ENTERPRISES IN AFRICA. ADDITIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE SETTING UP THE ORGANIZATION'S ADMINISTRATIVE, LEGAL AND FINANCIAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TO ALIGN WITH GLOBAL NON-PROFIT BEST PRACTICES, MEETING WITH AND PROVIDING ADVICE TO FEMALE FOUNDERS IN NIGERIA, AND JOINING MULTIPLE INTERNATIONAL IMPACT INVESTING COMMUNITIES.
