GIVE BETTER IS ADMINISTERING THREE IMPACT PROJECTS BENEFITTING THE FOLLOWING QUALIFIED SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS: BELIEVE IN A CURE, JENNIFER BUSH LAWSON-FOUNDATION, FEED PHILLY NOW, A CURE FOR ELLIE, AND THE CAPITAL GOOD FUND. GIVE BETTER DOES NOT CHARGE ANY FEES TO THESE QUALIFIED SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE CREATION OR ADMINISTRATION OF THESE IMPACT PROJECTS. HOWEVER, GIVE BETTER DOES REQUIRE ALL RECIPIENT ORGANIZATIONS TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH GIVE BETTER ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING THAT ANY FUNDS RECEIVED FROM GIVE BETTER WILL BE USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR EXEMPT PURPOSES, THAT THE RECIPIENT ORGANIZATIONS WILL MAINTAIN APPROPRIATE BOOKS AND RECORDS DOCUMENTING THE USE OF ANY FUNDS RECEIVED FROM GIVE BETTER, AND THAT GIVE BETTER HAS THE RIGHT TO REVIEW THESE BOOKS AND RECORDS FOR A PERIOD OF FOUR YEARS AFTER THE FUNDS ARE DISTRIBUTED TO THE RECIPIENT ORGANIZATION.
