WE IDENTIFY AND TREAT CASES OF SEVERE NEGLECT AND STARVATION AND THEN PROVIDE THE SUPPORT AND SUPPLIES NECESSARY TO BRING THE INFANTS AND FAMILIES BACK TO HEALTH.
