WOUNDED WARRIORS FACILITATED COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS AIMED AT PROVIDING SUPPORT TO VETERANS BY ASSISTING IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF NONPERISHABLE FOOD, TOILETRIES, AND WARM CLOTHING. WOUNDED WARRIORS HELD OUTREACH EVENTS TO ASSIST IN PROVIDING VETERANS WITH CAREER DEVELOPMENT ADVICE, FAMILY SUPPORT, AND MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT. AROUND 548 VETERANS RECEIVED ASSISTANCE DURING 2023.


WOUNDED WARRIORS PROVIDED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFYING VETERANS FOR HOUSING EXPENSES OR MEDICAL AND REHABILITATION EXPENSES. A TOTAL OF 16 HOMELESS VETERANS RECEIVED SPONSORED MEDICAL SUPPORT. MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE AND LIVING EXPENSE ASSISTANCE WAS PROCIDED TO 3 VETERANS WHO QUALIFIED UNDER WOUNDED WARRIOR'S PROGRAM CRITERA. WOUNDED WARRIORS REIMBURSED THE EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH A VETERAN DIRECTLY TO THE ENTITY INCURRING OR CHARGING THE EXPENSE. DETAILED DOCUMENTATION OF THE EXPENSES WAS OBTAINED. WOUNDED WARRIORS PROVIDED FINANCIAL GRANTS TO OTHER EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS THAT SUPPORT THE SAME MISSION AND OUTREACH OF WOUNDED WARRIORS OR ARE WORKING TO DO GOOD IN THE GENERAL COMMUNITY.
