THE PRIMARY PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION ARE TO MAKE ACCEPT AND MANAGE LONG-TERM CHARITABLE DONATIONS OF WORKING FORESTLANDS AND TO MAKE DISTRIBUTIONS TO OCF IN SUPPORT OF ITS CHARITABLE PURPOSES. THE ACTIVITIES WILL BE CONDUCTED IN OREGON. THE CORPORATION WILL ALLOCATE 100 PERCENT OF ITS TIME TO THE ACTIVITY, AND 100 PERCENT OF ITS OVERALL EXPENSES WILL BE ALLOCATED TO THE ACTIVITY. THE ACTIVITY IS FUNDED BY EXPECTED DONATIONS OF FORESTLAND FROM INDIVIDUALS IN OREGON.
