CHARTER SCHOOL OF NEW CASTLE IS A PUBLIC SCHOOL ESTABLISHED UNDER A CHARTER GRANTED BY THE STATE OF DELAWARE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND DELAWARE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION PURSUANT TO TITLE 14, CHAPTER 5 OF THE DELAWARE CODE. THE MISSION OF THE SCHOOL IS TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE LEARNING DIFFERENCES OF EACH INDIVIDUAL CHILD AND NURTURE THE UNIQUENESS TO EACH FAMILY STRUCTURE.
