ARIZONA WALDORF SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION WAS INCORPORATED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTING THE PRIVATE SCHOOL TUITION TAX CREDIT LAW PASSED AND SIGNED INTO LAW IN 1997 AS A.R.S. SECTION 43-1089. ARIZONA WALDORF SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION IS CERTIFIED BY THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE TO COLLECT INDIVIDUAL DONATIONS FOR PRIVATE SCHOOLS UNDER A.R.S. SECTION 43-1089 AND CORPORATE DONATIONS UNDER A.R.S SECTIONS 43-1183 (CORPORATE INCOME TAX TUITION CREDIT).
