NINETEEN OF THE UNITS WERE LEASED AND TWO UNITS WERE USED FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES AND DELIVERY SPACE. A NEW LEAF COTTAGES, INC. ALSO OWNS A HOME, CONTESSA, WHICH WAS LEASED AND IS AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE-FAMILY LIVING.
