FHR ALSO OWNS AND MANAGES A HUD SECTION 202 ELDERLY HOUSING PROJECT CONSISTING OF 43 UNITS WHICH ARE RENTED TO LOW TO MODERATE INCOME ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS.
SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAMS - FHR CONDUCTS HOMEBUYER COUNSELING PROGRAMS AND ALSO SPONSORS DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS (DAP) THROUGH HUD.
