ANS RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS: ANS CONTINUES TO PROVIDE HOUSING AND LONG-TERM RESIDENTIAL RECOVERY SERVICES FOR ADULT WOMEN WITH SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS THROUGH OUR PRESCOTT LEGACY PROGRAM. THE FOCUS IS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF WHOLE-PERSON INNER STRENGTH AND STRUCTURE. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SERVICES DELIVERED INCLUDE, FINANCIAL LITERACY AND INDEPENDENCE, TAKING PERSON RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL AREAS WHICH MAY HAVE DEFICITS AND PLANNING FOR A SUCCESSFUL FUTURE. WE SERVE A MINIMUM OF 24 WOMEN ANNUALLY. 100% OF THE RESIDENTS ENTER THE PROGRAM WITH RECENT ACTIVE ADDICTION. 100% OF THE PARTICIPANTS WHO COMPLETE THE 7 -MONTH PROGRAM HAVE BEEN FREE OF SUBSTANCE FOR A MINIMUM OF 7 MONTHS. 100% OF THE PARTICIPANTS WHO COMPLETE THE PROGRAM ARE GAINFULLY EMPLOYED FULL TIME. WE HAVE SCALED BACK RESIDENTIAL SERVICES IN MARICOPA COUNTY DUE TO NEW LICENSING PASSED WHICH HAS BECOME COST PROHIBITIVE AND VERY RESTRICTIVE.
INDUSTRY FOCUS GROUPS:ADDICTED NATION SOLUTIONS(ANS) HELD 4 INDUSTRY LEADER FOCUS GROUPS IN AN EFFORT TO LEARN HOW EXPERIENCED ADDICTION COUNSELORS, ADMINISTRATORS, CLINICIANS, AND PEER SUPPORT STAFF VIEW CURRENT TRENDS, EFFORTS AND OUTCOMES IN THE FIELD OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT. BASED ON THE FINDINGS FROM THESE FOCUS GROUPS ANS SET OUT TO FIND AND SUPPORT PROGRAMS WHICH HAVE CONSISTENTLY DELIVERED HIGHER THAN NORMAL OUTCOMES AND WHOSE ORGANIZATIONS HAVE RATED HIGH IN STAFF WORK SATISFACTION. AS A RESULT OF THE INFORMATION GLEANED IN THE FOCUS GROUPS HELD THIS YEAR WE HAVE PLEDGED A TOTAL OF $90,860 IN FUNDING TO MULTIPLE RECIPIENT NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
