COMMUNITY CARE PROGRAM; PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE CARE TO PEOPLE OF NEED IN REGARDS TO BASIC NECESSITIES (HOME AND HEALTH)


ADULT AND YOUTH DEVELOPEMENT PROGRAMS; PROGRAMS DESIGNED FOR TEACHING BASIC SKILLS, CRISIS INTERVENTION, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND MEDIATION TO CRIME VICTIMS, AND SERVICES FOR HOME BOUND ADULTS. PROGRAMS ARE ALSO DESIGNED FOR EDUCATING TEEN PARENTS, PREVENTING JUBENILE DELINQUENCY AND PROMOTING LEADERSHIP.


DIAPER FUND PROGRAM; PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO ENSURE ANY FAMILY IN DIAPER NEED HAS REASONABLE ACCESS TO AN ADEQUATE SUPPLY OF DIAPERS AND WIPES FOR THEIR CHILD/CHILDREN IN, TO RAISE COMMUNITY AWARENESS ABOUT DIAPER FUND THROUGH A COLLABORATIVE AND INFORMATIVE EFFORT, AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND ACTIVITIES TO FAMILIES AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS REGARDING THE OVERALL HEALTH AND WELL BEING OF YOUNG CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES.
